DissertationHelp.au is an Australian academic support service providing thesis coaching, chapter-by-chapter feedback, methodology guidance, editing and proofreading to Honours, Master's and PhD students. • Contact details: your name, email address, phone number and timezone.
• Academic briefs: your discipline, level, university guidelines, drafts, supervisor comments and deadlines that you choose to upload.
• Payment information: processed by our secure payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Usage data: pages visited, device and browser information, and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics.
• Communications: records of live chat, WhatsApp, email and phone enquiries.

• To prepare quotes, deliver the services you book and manage revisions.
• To match you with a discipline-specialist academic.
• To communicate with you about your order, including in AEST support hours.
• To process payments and prevent fraud.
• To improve our website and services, in aggregated or de-identified form.

We never use your drafts or personal information to contact your university, supervisor or any third party about your candidature.

We only share personal information with the people and providers needed to deliver your service: your assigned academic (under confidentiality obligations), secure payment processors, and IT/hosting providers. We do not sell your information, and we never disclose your identity or use of our service to your university or any other third party unless required by Australian law.

Your information is stored on encrypted systems with access limited to authorised staff. We retain files only for as long as needed to deliver your service and meet our legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your files at any time and we will do so, except where we are required by law to keep records (for example, tax invoices).

Under the APPs you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@dissertationhelp.au and we will respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days.

We use cookies to keep the site working, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features (such as the quote calculator) may not work as smoothly.

Some of our support systems and staff (including our WhatsApp support line) operate outside Australia. Where personal information is handled overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected in line with the APPs.
